Practice Conversations

We’re all familiar with the DREADED roleplay format (collective cringe)…

So what makes our practice conversations different to the ‘sweaty-palm-inducing’ roleplay model?

Well, for starters, delegates are only ever required to be themselves – NO acting necessary, that’s what we have actors for!

In a supportive and safe environment attendees are invited to participate in a practice conversation with our highly skilled Corporate Actors and Facilitators who coach and feedback to embed key learning points.

The power of Secret Theatre is that delegates are already fully engaged and actively participating in the exercise before the proverbial penny drops.
